1. Agreement to Terms

North Gold Draw acts as a service provider that purchases official lottery tickets on your behalf. When you place an order:

The purchase is final and non-refundable.
The physical ticket is held securely by North Gold Draw.
You will receive a digital confirmation and representation of the ticket in your account.

5. Winnings and Payouts

Winnings are processed according to the rules of the relevant Canadian lottery corporation. Small prizes may be credited directly to your account, while large prizes may require physical ticket collection or identity verification as per provincial regulations.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to set deposit limits, spending limits, and self-exclusion periods. Users are encouraged to play within their means.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use our services for any illegal purposes, including money laundering or fraud. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability
